Your Role:

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Provide helpful information about our swim programs, swim team and seasonal offerings.
• Manage emails and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist families with scheduling lessons, making payments and navigating our services.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility, including light cleaning and equipment management.
• Collaborate with our swim instructors and leadership team to deliver an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with facility upkeep and occasional physical tasks.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the facility.
• Comfortable in a moderately loud environment.

Positions available: Part-Time, Year-Round

Pay: From $17.00 per hour with quarterly raise scale
